i drew it out first from a picture i drew of wonder woman last year...and i realized i wanted to draw it again because i wasn't in love whith how it looked in color pencils...so i put it on my computer and fixed it alottt,her thights,face etc. 
used Corel Essentials 4...i dn't have photoshop 
but this program was enough i used my bamboo tablet which helped alot also/ i hope you enjoy!!
